THE 78TH ANNUAL DAKOTA OPEN
will be played August 23 & 24, 2008
Registration begins August 10 at
7:00 a.m. The Dakota Open is a 36-hole individual stroke play
competition with rounds at both Lee Park and Moccasin Creek. Players
may play in the Open Division, Pre-Senior Division (40-54), Senior Division
(55-64), or Masters Division (65 & older). The first round will serve
as a qualifying round for flighting purposes.
All players wishing to play in the Senior, Pre-Senior, or Masters Divisions
must register at Moccasin Creek. Those wishing to make the Open
Championship Flight must register at Lee Park. Those wishing to make
any other Open flights can register at either Lee Park or Moccasin Creek.
Entry fee includes two rounds of
golf, a great prize payout, and a ticket to the Players Party on Saturday
night. The Players Party includes a meal, Long Drive contest, and
Closest to the Hole Shootout.
